On Sunday, April 17, 2011 Chris Carr appeared as a guest host on “Real Estate Radio Philadelphia” with Paul Carson. This show airs on Fox News radio channel WFYL 1180AM. In January of 2009, Chris Carr was quoted in an article from Inman News. The article address the FTC’s lawsuit against the West Penn MLS. The FTC files suit against the West Penn MLS for business practices that discriminated against brokers with alternative style business models. The west Penn MLS eventually agreed to a settlement with the FTC.
In the October 2008 issue of “Kiplinger’s Personal Finance” Chris Carr was interviewed for an article on selling your home. The article addressed the various selling options available to home sellers in today’s market. The interviewer address Simple Choice Realty options such as the Flat Fee MLS listing and the Home Buyer Rebate Program.
